MAKING A PURCHASE
All our prices are in UK pounds.Currently Belts and Buckles can only accept orders from the UK main land. Over the coming months we will review the policy and if the feedback is positive, we will extend the service accordingly.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply use the 'Add to cart' or 'View cart' buttons to add or review your purchases. Once you are satisfied with your purchases you can click on 'proceed to checkout' and you will then be directed to a page where you will be asked for the details we need to be able to satisfy your order. Note that sensitive information like credit card details are not stored.
All orders are delivered right away if we have stock, but some items might be subject to availability. We will normally send your order to you in 5 working days. All orders will be sent by recorded delivery. The post and packaging costs for the glass vases are inclusive in the price of the item. The belts and buckles are charged at £2.00.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait

GUARANTEES
We guarantee your satisfaction. If the product you receive is not as expected, you may return it to us within 14 days for a full refund providing that it is returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging, but this does not include postage and packaging. However if the goods are faulty we will refund the full purchase price and the cost of post and packaging
We offer a full refund on any faulty products provided that you inform us within 7 days. Please note that postage/shipping costs are not refunded on goods returned for any other reason
